Information We Collect
We collect information that is strictly necessary to evaluate project feasibility, deliver digital engineering contracts, communicate with clients, and maintain the security of our platform:
A. Direct Client Information
Names, business email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, company registration details, billing addresses, and project requirement briefs submitted via our quotation and contact channels.
B. Project Technical Assets
Source code, API keys provided for development, database schemas, brand guidelines, content assets, and server credentials shared under written confidentiality agreements.
C. Automated Telemetry & Log Data
IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, device characteristics, and timestamped server access logs collected to ensure cyber defense and site stability.
D. Transactional Records
Invoices, bank transfer vouchers, mobile financial services (MFS/bKash/Nagad) transaction IDs, or Stripe/PayPal payment verification receipts. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
Lawful Purpose of Processing
We process data under lawful grounds recognized by the ICT Act and Contract Act of Bangladesh:

Third-Party Sharing & Sub-Processors

Retention Schedule & Safe Disposal
We retain project source code, design files, and communications for the duration of the active contract plus any warranty or maintenance period. After formal project completion and IP handover, staging environments and development keys are securely purged or returned upon client request, subject only to statutory tax retention requirements under Bangladesh law.
